Modeling robustness and randomness in cellular systems: seminar for Ronin Institute

More seminars with Amber Biology: Alex gave a Ronin Institute seminar in November 2018 on the broad theme of modeling of cellular systems. The seminar provides a high-level snapshot of Alex’s work in computational modeling of the evolution of stochasticity in cellular systems, including yeast prions, the evolution of dynamics and topology in signalling and gene networks. It also builds on Gordon’s seminar from October to highlight the work that Amber Biology is doing in the biotech world in modeling the stochastic processes underlying disease pathways.

It’s now up on the Ronin Institute’s YouTube channel.
